A gourmet pizza enthusiast and foodie, Bill Vest headed on the journey in the 1970s… less about peace and love and more about pizza and love! His passion for Memphis and Pizza converged in the opening of Fox Ridge Pizza in 1979 on Knight Arnold Road. It went well… so well, that we opened a second location on Germantown Pkwy! Thirty-Five years later we are still having fun and serving Bill’s favorites to hungry people every day! Lisa Seelig Gibbs, Bill’s longtime friend, fellow pizza enthusiast, and restaurateur purchased Fox Ridge Pizza in 2014.
Lisa and her team have been true to the Fox Ridge legacy, delivering hot, cheesy, mouthwatering goodness to our customers, ever since. Lisa also added some of her own home cooking to the menu, offering plate lunches Sunday-Friday. Some things will never change, like our amazing burger!
We love sharing our space with our patrons! We have an “arcade-style” game room for kids of all ages and a party room for groups
